SERVICES AND RATES
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
I will set up a meeting to visit you about a week before your first scheduled appointment. This will take place in your home with you and your dog. This will allow me to get to know you and your dog, and for you and your dog to get comfortable with me. During this meeting paperwork will be filled out and arrangements for a key will be made. Future schedule dates can be made by email without having to get back together.
DOG WALKING
$15.00 for a 15 minute walk and $18.00 for a 30 minute walk. All dogs should be leash trained. There will be no extra charge for walking two dogs provided they are able to be easily walked together.
OVERNIGHT CARE
$40.00 a day. This will involve three daily visits, one in the morning one at midday and one in the evening. Playtime, walks and feeding schedules will be as arranged with you. My goal will be to make your dog as comfortable as possible until you return. I am also more than happy to take care of any special needs you might have while you are away. This will all be covered in the initial consultation.
HOUSESITTING
$40.00 a day. Includes pet care, dog walks, mail and newspaper pickup.
BOARDING
$40.00 a day. Once I get to know your dog, and if I feel it would be a good fit with my family, I would be happy to have your dog stay at my home while you are away. I will only take care of one family's dog at a time and will truly treat your dog as if it were my own.
COMMUNICATION
I will leave you a daily note to let you know about your dog's day.
PAYMENT
Checks should be made out to Ken Horne. Mailing information will be on the invoice, which will be mailed to you on the first of the month.
